1. What is your return policy?
We want you to love every purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
2. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, please contact us via our contact page. We'll provide you with return instructions and help you with the process.
3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you'd like, we can provide a prepaid return label for a small fee.
4. Can I return sale or discounted items?
Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. How long will it take to get my refund?
Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
6. What if the onesie I received is damaged or defective?
We're so sorry if you receive a damaged or defective product! Please contact us right away at through out contact form with a photo of the issue, and we'll send you a replacement or process a full refund.
7. Can I exchange my onesie for a different size or style?
Yes! If you'd like to exchange for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the exchange process.
How can I be sure I am ordering the right size?

Do your onesies have any special features?
Yes! Our onesies feature envelope necklines for easy dressing, bottom snaps for quick diaper changes, and are machine washable for convenience.
Do your onesies shrink after washing?
Our onesies are pre-washed to minimize shrinking. To keep them in great shape, we recommend washing them in cold water and tumble drying on low heat.
What if the onesie doesn’t fit? Can I exchange it?
